Link Solutions have the capability to provide support for project pre feed, feed and detailed design phases. We specialize in the Electrical, Instrumentation, Controls, Automation, and Telecommunications scope of the project.
Specification generation for all 3 of the projects phases can be provided for all of the scope previously identified.
Selection of preferred venders for all of the required project scope can be supported with "state of the art" world class venders with guaranteed cost effective price structures and best in class performance.
For the complete project approved vendor list (AVL) Link Solutions can create a list of preferred vendors for all of the project needs that meet the project requirements and quality standards.
An overall plant system architecture to include all of the essential systems plus the third party packages like compressors, pumps, separators, dehydration, etc is part of the Link Solutions deliverables.
From small but complex upstream and midstream plants to larger downstream facilities we can support you.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Link Solutions has access to Proffessionial Project Management personnel to ensure your project is executed in the most competent way possible. Dependent on the size of project we establish the optimum hours per week necessary to maintain the project. The most suitable manager (in respect to the type of project) is assigned to you for the duration of the project. Support staff to the PM are available if required. For large projects we can supply the complete PM logistics and operations group from procurement, expediting, inspection, supervision, coordination, cost control and collections. In the case of small projects the assigned PM can deliver all of these tasks.
Weekly project reports will be generated to provide the status of all project activities. Included is a Microsoft Project schedule to show exactly where the project is in the project execution plan. Close attention for any plan deviations is maintained and corrective action taken were necessary. A strong focus on variations and scope change is vital to prevent scope creep age and cost overrun. Project change orders are generated if justified. Project Documentation control can also be included to maintain the on time issue of project deliverables and the correct issue status.
